RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need a refund or exchange for one of the reasons below simply contact us within 14 days after receiving your purchase and we will provide instructions to proceed.

• The product I received is different from my order.
• I notice upon delivery that the product is defective.

We strongly suggest that you examine the product for defects and damages upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused, in the original packaging and same condition as you received it. • Clear photos and description of the defect. 
• Your full name, contact details and order number.

In case of any dispute, BeauThy Concept Limited reserves the right of final decision.
