Constipation must eat probiotics?



Probiotics may not improve constipation, but constipation must be supplemented with probiotics!

Constipation will make feces stay in the intestinal tract for too long –> proliferation of bad bacteria –> reduced digestion and absorption and immunity

How to improve constipation depends on what is the cause? (As shown below)

1. Yellow area on the right : For constipation caused by physiological and drug reasons, seek medical assistance first, and then supplement probiotics appropriately.

2. The green area on the left : start with changing your own living habits, and add probiotics to assist.
